I am so happy that I stumbled upon HUM Nutrition.  After seeing some great reviews I decided to give it a try.  First I logged onto their website, HUMNUTRITION.com and did a online questioner, after I was sent an email with recommended products to try from their personal nutritionist. It was super quick and easy.  I started with the LOVE COLLAGEN product. This product helps control signs of aging and keeps skin looking young with collagen types 1,2 & 3. I was so impressed I ordered HERE COMES THE SUN. It's vitamin D3 to help support skin, mood, immune system and calcium absorption. I loved the idea of getting my vitamin D3 without any sun damage...that was a major plus! Next I tried FLATTER ME.  This one supports a flatter stomach and digestion with a enzyme blend.  I like it because its not harsh on my stomach and since I've been taking it I feel less bloated.  Last is  UBER ENERGY.  This is one of my favorites. It helps support energy and resist fatigue with vitamins B5, B6, L-Tyrosine and 8 different herbs.  This one gives me the energy I need without feeling jittery. My energy level has been better then ever! I highly recommend giving these products a try.  Also their products are Non-GMO, Gluten Free, GMP Certified, Sustainably Sourced, and have no artificial colors or preservatives.

Kitchen buffet!

This metal buffet cart in my kitchen is awesome for storing extra plates, bowls, platters... I also love styling the top. I constantly change the decor to go along with the seasons! Most of the time I keep it simple looking.  Adding the fun mirror really dressed up the wall, and it's one of my favorite areas in my house!  The buffet table is from World Market, mirror is from Hobby Lobby, big glass bottle is from Home Goods... other knic-knacks Goodwill! Just FYI...I practically live at goodwill.😊
